FAQs

There are 2 types of tickets, Physical Tickets and E-tickets. For further breakdown on these types please see our section on ticket types above.


When selecting your ticket, a ticket will be displayed as either physical or an E-ticket.



Physical Tickets will be mailed to the address entered when booking your tickets. E-tickets may be received in a number of ways. Please see the breakdown on E-tickets located in our ticket types section above.



If you run into a problem, we're here to assist. Please contact us during normal business hours from 6 AM to 6 PM PST, 7 days a week at (877) 587-8746. If you have an emergency on the day of your event, please contact our after hours line 972-468-9750 and select option 5.



Typically physical tickets will be shipped within 2 business days of an order being accepted. Due to venue restrictions, E-tickets are sent to the email used to book within 48 hours of the start of the event.



If you do not receive your tickets or the tickets don't work on the day of the event, please give us a call at (877) 587-8746 during normal business hours of 6 AM to 6 PM PST. Please contact our after hours line 972-468-9750 and select option 5 after these hours.



In most cases we will not be able to refund the price of your ticket. Please contact us at (877) 587-8746 and we will do our best to accommodate you.


When we receive official confirmation that an event is cancelled, we will process a full refund of your ticket value. Please allow 2-3 business days for this to be processed.



Please refer to our Ticket Types section above for specific instructions. Please note that regular E-tickets must be printed at home, while Ticket Master Mobile and Flash Seats tickets MUST be displayed on your phone. Detailed email instructions will be sent from the seller on how they should be presented at the venue.


If you purchase E-tickets you will be able to pull up your email on your smart phone or other electronic device to print/display at the venue. Unfortunately if you forget your physical tickets we will not be able to accommodate you.
